On the day, we will have samples of (and to buy) of Joselito Jamon Iberico de Bellota (the world’s best ham), rare Spanish charcuterie, cheese, oils, peppers, vinegars, anchovies and biscuits, ready to heat meals to take home including Albondigas (meatballs), Fabada Asturiana (traditional bean stew) and our signature dish Judion y Cordero (Moroccan spiced lamb with Satsuma and pomegranate infused giant butter beans). In addition we will have a fabulous range of food to eat straight away including Chorizo Rolls, Treacle Cured Bacon Rolls, Patatas Bravas, Tortilla, Padron Peppers and Chocolate and Churros.

We will be selling our home made specialty jars of chilli jam, tomato ketchup and bbq sauce. Along with home made strawberry jam and lemon curd.
There will also be food sampling available on our stand from our cookery demonstrations and chicken kebabs and chilli fried squid, amongst others to buy!!
Osqa
We will be bringing all of our menus and will be sampling dishes from the menus along with a selection of our canapes, which can also be sampled. Join us for wine tasting and locally produced carved meats sampling.

Are going to do cocktails sampling and chilled appetisers.

Will be offering pea wack soup & Southport shrimp risotto. We will also be offering a selection of regional produce to buy, venison sausages and hams to name but a few!
Alma de Cuba
Will be sampling their tapas dishes & cocktails! There will also be a competition giving away free meals at Alma de Cuba and salsa dancers will be on the stand with salsa costumes up for grabs!!

We will be showcasing our lamb burgers and salt & pepper chicken dishes.

The Monro
Sampling complimentary organic wine with fine cheeses along with organic Duchy beer – real ale. Fresh soup with home made bread also available.
Spire
Will be sampling and selling pan fried wild seabass and lemon sole with a variety of different salads and one of their dressing specialties, you can choose your favourite dressing. Larger dishes will also be available to buy along with their chutneys and oils.
Blackburne House
Will be sampling foods, such as their specialty soups, quiches and cakes.
Ego
Will be serving meatballs in fresh tomato sauce with freshly made foccacia. Watermelon & Feta salad, marinated olives and “Embutigo” – A plate of Spanish meats & Manchego cheese. There will also be olives in pre packed containers to buy!

Will be selling traditional African food such as Jollof rice, curry patties, plantain and fabulous chicken dishes.

The S&M menu is about to come to Liverpool in October – Sausage & Mash to buy and sample all day!
The London Carriage Works
Natural smoked haddock and barley risotto with a sampling of White Shield beer. Lancashire Bowland beef and oyster pie with a sampling of Alsace champagne yeast beer. Sauted chorizo, courgettes and Peter Jones’ cherry tomatoes with a tasting of Czech pilsner.

Will be showcasing plenty of mini pizza’s of different varieties.
