Will be sampling and selling pan fried wild seabass and lemon sole with a variety of different salads and one of their dressing specialties, you can choose your favourite dressing. Larger dishes will also be available to buy along with their chutneys and oils.

Natural smoked haddock and barley risotto with a sampling of White Shield beer. Lancashire Bowland beef and oyster pie with a sampling of Alsace champagne yeast beer. Sauted chorizo, courgettes and Peter Jones’ cherry tomatoes with a tasting of Czech pilsner.
