See self-taught legend, Raymond Blanc take centre stage alongside Wreckfish Bistro owner, Gary Usher, Roski owner, Anton Piotrowski, Marram Grass Co-founder , Ellis Barrie, Fazenda’s Executive Chef , Francisco Martinez & Wholesome Junkies founder, Chelsea Campbell.

There’s plenty more where that came from – find out how to make a ‘proper brew’ with Neighbourhood Coffee’s free Areopress workshops – get wined and refined in our Top Tipple tent with free talks and sampling from journalist Jane Clare – explore award-winning pales and lagers from craft-brewing masters, Innis and Gunn, Blackstorm Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery and create rustic rum blends in our free botanical masterclass with the Florist.

Spicy Mediterranean Munchies

11.30am – 12.15pm
You’ll pick up tips from chilli experts as they show you a demo on how to make the tastiest falafel and a super easy flat bread with hummus.
Learn how to cook with chilli’s by making your own amber chilli sauce and pickled chilli’s to accompany your creation to take home or eat the festival in this interesting cooking class with Chilli Gourmets.

Make your very own Middle Eastern Sambusak in this cooking class, a similar snack to a samosa, where you’ll also get to watch a demo from experts in Mexican flavours on how to make the simplest but crowd-pleasing Quesadillas.

Sizzling Salads

Learn how to make tasty alternative healthy meals in this Black Rice Salad cooking class to eat at the festival or take home. You’ll be taught several different ways you can add another dimension of flavour to your salads with chilli’s expanding on your cooking skills. You also get the chance watch and taste some other delicious salad styles so that you can get some inspiration to create them at home.

Chris Milner, Wine List Curator of Fazenda Group. Nurturing their passion for exquisite wines join Fazenda as they share their love of Susana Balbo wines. Awarded ‘Most Influential Woman Winemaker’ in 2012 and ‘Woman of the Year’ more recently in 2015, Susana Balbo leads the way in the world of viticulture and enology, championing the female winemaker and paving the way for aspiring females. In this tasting session, learn how to make your own Amaretto Velvet Sour cocktail and journey down the history behind the ingredients that go into it and how rum has become a growing trend.

Rachel is a young and talented up and coming singer songwriter and guitarist from Merseyside and she will be performing a range of current popular covers and some original material on guitar and vocals.

Naomi Campbell and Jack Burn

12.15pm – 1.45pm
Naomi Campbell and Jack Burn are a fresh new duo based in Liverpool. Their wide range of influences combined lead to a varied sound. With two acoustic guitars, percussion and complimenting harmonies they perform hits from some major acts including Oasis, The Kooks and James Bay whilst also including some of the best classics over the decades from the likes of The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty.

Jimmy Rae and Sarah-Lou Fletcher

2pm – 3.30pm
An acoustic country duo from the Wirral, comprising Jimmy Rae on vocals/guitar/harmonica and Sarah-Lou Fletcher on vocals/mandolin/guitar and percussion. With their trademark vocal harmonies they perform a mix of contemporary and classic country hits along with original material from Jimmy’s two albums released to date.

The Sterlings

The Sterlings are back again at this years festival. They are an upbeat acoustic duo playing everything from the 60s through to current day! The boys have played everywhere from Anfield to Glastonbury Festival and like to have a laugh with the crowd while they do their thing.

John O’Connell

10.30am – 12pm
Co-founder of the much celebrated Liverpool band Groundpig, John O’Connell has had his name indelibly written into the tapestry of the Liverpool Music Scene. John’s seemingly endless repertoire covers a variety of genres: including Acoustic, Bluegrass, Contemporary, Country, Folk, and Popular.

Claire Victoria Violin

12pm – 2pm
Claire Victoria Violin consists of Claire and Alex who play a mix of old country blues songs and well-known jazz and blues hits from the 40s and 50s right through to the present day, rich vocals mixed with fiery fiddling and energetic piano. Claire is violinist-vocalist of renowned Western Swing group The Swing Commanders who perform regularly throughout Europe.
Alex is a versatile pianist. He has recorded sessions for the BBC, featured as part of the Edinburgh Fringe and Edinburgh International Jazz festivals, played on several studio albums and also runs his own events production and promotion company.

Paul, Rachel, Kenny and Kath

2pm – 5.30pm
Paul was Groundpig’s original bass player who performed with the band until the late eighties. Rachel Jones plays the viola for the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and the Manchester Camerata who last year took Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage by storm with their Hacienda Classical recital. Kenny O’Connell award winning song writer and musician who is known locally for his band Pool of Life. Kath Ord is a mutli-talented musician who masterfully swaps between the saxophone, vocals and violin and She has performed with winners of the 2016 Best Live Performance at the BBC Folk Awards.
