One of the most loved parts of our event, the Celebrity Chef Theatre, sponsored by Love Food Hate Waste, will be hosted by some of the top chefs in the country, along with a programme of established and rising stars within the North West.

The 2011 event welcomed Simon Rimmer and John Torode to our fabulous Celebrity Cookery demonstration marquee. Plans are in place for some big exciting names for 2012!
Due to the popularity of the celebrity demonstrations and limited seats available there will be a priority charge to guarantee your entry into one of Simon’s two cookery demonstrations. However all the remaining demonstrations are free of charge to festival-goers.
As an added attraction to the festival there will be a second cookery theatre containing the best in local talent the region has to offer.
MASTERCLASS MARQUEE SPONSORED BY LIVERPOOL JMU
An educational and interactive feature with broad appeal, the Masterclass Theatre offers visitors the opportunity to educate themselves about food and drink and have fun at the same time. The theatre will run a wide range of talks and demonstrations, hosted by a panel of top experts.
