As well as our fabulous celebrity cookery theatre, the Liverpool Food and Drink Festival proudly presents a second demonstration theatre for the launch weekend- the Culinary Talent Demo Area!
Liverpool is bursting full of culinary talent and we will be bringing you a selection of the top chefs in the region who will showcase their skills in this new addition to the festival. The 2011 launch weekend showcased some great new recipe ideas from the skilful chefs of Delifonseca, Lunya, The Quarter, London Carriage Works, Franklins Deli, Malmaison Brasserie and Marco Pierre White’s- The Swan Inn.
Paul Peacock of Gardiners Question Time on BBC Radio 4 and Michelin starred chef Aiden Byrne made impromtu appearances on this stage in 2011.
All demonstrations on this brand new stage are absolutely free to festival visitors.
