13:30 – 14:00 – Moh Hoque showcasing Tandoor-i , the world’s first fully integrated Tandoor Oven for the home kitchen
Demo Description: Tandoored lamb, lamb chops, chicken and a selection of Naan breads
Chef Profile : Moh Hoque’s love of food began 14 years ago when his sick uncle asked him to manage his 35 year old Indian restaurant in Swindon, Wiltshire. Having no idea about the food or drink industry Moh threw himself in the trade with just his knowledge of marketing and love of his parents cooking into his uncle’s already established business and took it to the highest. The little time spent in the trade had Moh realise his true potential and passion. After his uncles recovery Moh went onto open 2 successful restaurants and now operates a takeaway in Burscough village.

Demo Description: Showcasing how chillies can be used in different dishes
Chef Profile : Anjula Devi is a chef and author and has worked for a wide range of retailers, food manufacturers and leading publications. Anjula launched her cookery book ‘Spice for Life’, in April 2017. She has founded her own cooking school, been appointed Brand Ambassador for the world’s largest Indian food company TRS Foods and created her own brand – ‘Route 207’.
13:30 – 14:00 – Gary Usher
Demo Description: Venison, chocolate, prune puree, red cabbage, juniper
Chef Profile : Usher opened Sticky Walnut in Hoole, Chester, back in 2011 on a budget that meant he had to famously choose between an all singing Rational combi-oven or new tables and chairs. He went for the oven. It was the right decision. After a few very successful years, Usher decided to open a second bistro. Usher launched a crowdfunding campaign through Kickstarter. Securing more than £100,000, Burnt Truffle opened on the Wirral in July 2015.
Usher then went on to launch another Kickstarter crowd-funding campaign to open a third restaurant, Hispi in Didsbury, South Manchester. Most recently Usher successfully created Wreckfish which raised over £200,000 which will open in September!

Chef Profile : Anton began his career at just 14 and has since gone on to learn from some of the best chefs in the country. In 2012 he entered Masterchef: The Professionals and became joint champion. A year later he won his very own Michelin star! Now relocated to the North West of England where him and his partner, Rose are beginning their dream journey to open their own restaurant, ‘Röski’.
